The structure normally used to participate in one of these projects is a newly formed LLC.  All participants become members on a percentage basis according to their financial participation.  All documents are prepared by a law firm specializing in these types of entities.

These types of projects are presented to our clients, only after thorough due diligence and market analysis has been completed.  The management of these projects is handled by professional project management companies, screened by the investors and Wealth2020, Inc.
