How to Invest Small Amounts
of Money

New Page 1

One of the biggest challenges for investors, beginning their wealth creation journey, is learning how to invest small amounts of money.  If a client has limited funds to begin with, he/she certainly does not want to lose their money by investing in a risky venture.

At Wealth2020, Inc. we work with these clients to determine their overall long-term goals.  There are many alternatives for smaller investments, but they normally require a different strategy to ensure a decent return; as always, we look to preserve principal.

Real Estate investing is one of the investment vehicles we highly recommend.  Many clients are surprised when we outline a strategy that teaches them how to invest small amounts of money, such as $5,000 - $10,000, with the potential to earn profits in excess of $10,000, $30,000 or more.  In the book “Create Wealth on Auto-Pilot,”we cite an example of an individual who had $5,000 to start with and earned $50,000 in 24 months.  In the same example, the positive cash flow from the property delivered a net, annual Return on Investment (ROI) of 54%.  The transaction required a small investment for advertising, but did not require any out of pocket costs for remodeling the property.

Another highly effective strategy for investing small amounts of money is to invest in a part-time business.  We discuss the power of leverage in“Create Wealth on Auto-Pilot.”  There are two important components associated with the power of leverage.  They are the ability to leverage money and the ability to leverage time.
